Capitol Business Solutions Inc. (CBS) is a small, woman-owned management consulting firm.

Our Management Consulting Group, lead by CBS's founder and President, Esther L. Lehman, provides financial management, general administration management, and program management services to Federal Government Agencies.

Our Aviation Group, lead by the Aviation Group's founder and President, Dayton Lehman Jr., provides legal and management consulting services to clients either engaged in, or seeking to be engaged in, the aviation industry.  Our aviation group provides novel solutions in the areas of regulatory compliance, enforcement, consumer protection, disability, management fitness, and economic licensing.

In addition, the President of either the Management Consulting Group or the Aviation Group is integrally involved in the management of each engagement. The clients’ questions and concerns are immediately addressed by the person in a position to make a decision or provide a solution.
